Even though we do our best to bring you the best care possible, once in while things can happen that reverse all the hard work that we’ve performed for you. That’s why we stand by our hard work with our warranty policy! The policy is as follows:
Repair work done in-store is warrantied for 60 days from the date the customer picks up the equipment from our store, with the exception of Mobil Phone Screen/LCD Replacements. These parts are warrantied for only 7 days from the date of installation.
Any diagnostic work done to determine if the problem is caused by our fault or the fault of the manufacturer will be covered.
We will cover the cost of any parts that have been replaced by us as long as there isn’t any physical damage to them, that also includes labor charges for installing those parts again.
Labor is non-refundable. If you have any problems with work performed, we will gladly make it right for you. Other charges may apply for further repairs that extend beyond the original repair.
Returns, Custom/New PC’s, and DVR Policies
You MUST have a receipt for all returns and exchanges.
Items returned within 7 days can receive a cash/credit card refund. After 7 days, you can return the item for store credit for up to 30 days after purchase.
New Custom Computer Systems built by our store carry a 1-year warranty, which guarantees that all parts are free from any defects and covers part costs and labor to fix. This warranty does not include any damages or corruptions caused by viruses, spyware, malware and/or other forms of damaging software, water damage, or physical damage.
Camera System warranties vary depending on the equipment purchased. Standalone DVR Systems and Cameras are warrantied to be free from defect for 1 year past date of purchase. PC-Based DVR’s are warrantied for 2 years for the hardware, and 3 years for the DVR software after purchase/install date.
Used systems carry the same warranty as New systems, except only for a duration of 60 days.
